They call him Chile's answer to Cristiano Ronaldo - a right winger with a box of tricks good enough to unlock any defence. And 20-year-old Alexis Sanchez - often linked to Manchester United over the last 12 months - chose the perfect moment to display a virtuoso performance for his country. While Ronaldo himself was asking for a transfer to Real Madrid, the pretender to his crown was banging in a brace of goals during the 4-0 victory over Bolivia on Wednesday night, helping Chile a step closer to the World Cup.
