Manchester City have signed Kolo Toure from Arsenal on a four-year deal. The 28-year-old defender has completed his switch to the Citizens in a deal thought to cost the club up to £16million. Toure successfully came through a medical and arranged a severance package with Arsenal to become the second Gunners player to move to Eastlands this summer, following the arrival of Emmanuel Adebayor. Toure has made 225 appearances for Arsenal, in a Premier League career which has spanned seven years.
