Sven silent on City future

Sven-Goran Eriksson has refused to comment on reports that his time as Manchester City manager is coming towards an end.
The former England head coach confirmed he met with club owner Thaksin Shinawatra at the weekend to discuss his future.
Shinawatra had been openly critical of City's form during a disappointing second half of the campaign when they have fallen away from the European qualification places.
Earlier on Tuesday, Eriksson's agent, Athole Still, and his number two, Tord Grip, both admitted the Swede's stint at the helm of the Citizens was likely to last only one season.
Eriksson though refused to confirm the claims that he has been told by Shinawatra that he will be leaving the City of Manchester Stadium at the end of the season.
"I had a meeting with Dr Thaksin and his people on Sunday morning and at this moment, with two games to go in the season, I don't want to make any comment about that," he told the Manchester Evening News.
"There are no more meetings planned until the season is over.
"I appreciate the backing of the fans which I have felt since the day I arrived. I thank them very much.
"But now we are just focusing on trying to beat Liverpool on Sunday."
