Suits you, sir! Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp's soaked outfit raises 7,500 after charity auction

Talk about drenched in luck - Harry Redknapp was soaked with a huge bucket of iced water moments after Tottenham secured their place in next season's Champions League. And the Spurs boss has come up trumps again after the suit he was wearing raised £7,500 after a charity auction. VIDEO: Harry gets drenched...Redknapp was looking dapper in his tailored Boss suit - a present from his wife Sandra - during the post-match interview at Manchester City. But he was soaked by jubilant players including David Bentley, Ledley King and Jermaine Jenas after the club's 1-0 win at Eastlands took Tottenham into the Champions League for the first time in their history. Softly, softly: Spurs players hide around the corner as they prepare to launch their attack on Harry Gotcha: Tub in hand, they drench their manager mid-interview Making a splash: Redknapp sees the funny side... luckily At first, the damage looked terminal. Spurs' assistant manager Joe Jordan said of the suit: 'It's finished, it's in the bin. The suit's gone.' However, Jordan's prognosis turned out to be wrong and Tottenham season ticket holder Mark Banner shelled out for a unique piece of history. 'It's a dream come true,' said Banner, 'It will take pride of place alongside my signed Gazza and Glen Hoddle shirts!' The proceeds of the auction - which took place on radio station talkSPORT - will go to Orchid, the only registered UK charity to focus entirely on male-specific cancers.  Spurs and Man City target Pienaar puts Everton contract talks on holdTottenham and Chelsea stage friendly in bid to offload fringe players Everton look to hijack Spurs bid for Manchester City's unsettled BellamyTOTTENHAM HOTSPUR
