Tottenham are preparing an improved £8million offer for Ipswich starlet Connor Wickham. Ipswich are determined to hold on to the England U17 international and have already rebuffed one Tottenham proposal, as revealed in Sportsmail, of £5m plus an offer to loan the player back.
