Luiz Felipe Scolari has distanced himself from reports suggesting he has been approached to take over at Manchester City after hinting he could extend his contract with Portugal.
The 59-year-old Brazilian coach is rumoured to be at the top of City owner Thaksin Shinawatra's wanted list after deciding to part company with current boss Sven Goran Eriksson at the end of the season.
Scolari is out of contract with Portugal after the European Championship, but the former Brazil national team coach has suggested he could be tempted to extend his five-year reign.
"Portugal offers me everything I need," he is quoted as saying.
Referring to Manchester City, he added: "I have no agreement with that club."
Meanwhile, City's Thai duo, Suree Sukha and Teerasil Dangda, are keen to terminate their loan stays at Grasshopper Zurich.
The pair, plus compatriot Kiatprawut Saiwaew, joined the club shortly after former Thai prime minister Shinawatra took over at Eastlands, but were farmed out to the Swiss side after failing to win work permits.
"It is difficult for me to improve because the standards of the reserve side are similar to that of a third division club in Thailand," Suree told the Bangkok Post.
"I don't know anything about my future. Teerasil and I are very lonely because our apartment is far from the city."
