Lazio's Romanian defender Stefan Radu wants to stay put with the Serie A club, despite having been linked with a summer move to Manchester City.
The 23-year-old still has another year left on his current Biancocelesti contract and is more than happy to remain at the Stadio Olimpico.
Agent Victor Becali told LaLaziosiamonoi.it: "We don't consider the rumours relative to Manchester City's interest to have any truth to them. Radu is a Lazio player and wishes to be in the future.
"The player has a contract that expires at the end of next season. We are currently not speaking about a renewal, but await that Lazio approach us first.
"The idea is that Radu wants to stay here in Rome, but everything will depend on (president) Claudio Lotito.
"For the moment, we are here, but I repeat that his contract expires in a year's time."
