Fresh setback for Bojinov

Manchester City striker Valeri Bojinov is still nowhere near full fitness following knee surgery and has been pulled out of training by the Citizens.
The 22-year-old Bulgaria international has been sidelined mid-August by a serious knee injury and boss Sven-Goran Eriksson admits that his player is making slow progress.
He told the club's official website: "We took him out of football training because he needs to reinforce his leg muscles, so he has been training in the gym.
"We decided it was best to have him do that, rather than play for the reserves last week, but it should only be another two weeks or so before he is back playing football again."
Meanwhile, Eriksson has backed January recruits Nery Castillo and Felipe Caicedo to eventually prove their worth in the Premier League.
The Swede added: "They will both get better and better the longer they are here, though we may not see the best of them until next season.
"They are learning fast, but you have to remember Caicedo is very new to this country and has been here only one month, while Castillo has not had much football at all since he left Olympiacos last summer.
"He was also out for six weeks with his shoulder injury, but both of them could play an important part in what we are trying to achieve."
