Elano passed fit for Citizens

Manchester City have received some positive news after Elano was given the all clear to face Reading on Saturday.
The Brazil midfielder limped out of last weekend's goalless draw with Wigan Athletic after suffering a leg injury following a robust tackle from Michael Brown.
However, after a week of treatment, the playmaker has been passed fit for the trip to the Madejski Stadium.
"Elano will be fit for the weekend," manager Sven-Goran Eriksson told the club's official website.
"He did everything today and trained yesterday as well so he is okay. We'll be glad to have him available.
"He's one of our most important players. He was injured and of course everyone now knows how good he is and they don't allow him space.
"He's maybe not the strongest player, opponents have discovered that and that's making life more difficult.
"It's something he will have to learn from and cope with, because that's what life is like in the Premier League. His honeymoon is over in this country."
Meanwhile, Nedum Onuoha has been ruled out with a slight niggle, but Micah Richards has provided Eriksson with a boost following a recent operation on damaged knee cartilage.
"I expect to see him (Richards) again before the end of the season," revealed the Swede.
"The surgeon who operated on him said six weeks and we are expecting that to be the case."
