City to refocus on Mido

Manchester City look set to resume their efforts to sign Tottenham striker Mido in the summer.
City boss Stuart Pearce was close to completing a reported £4million deal for the Egypt international in January only for the deal to collapse minutes before the transfer window closed.
Mido has fallen down the pecking order at White Hart Lane following the summer arrival of Dimitar Berbatov and Pearce has hinted he will make another move for the well-travelled striker at the end of the season.
However, City are currently locked in negations with a potential new investor and Pearce has admitted any summer moves in the transfer market depend on the outcome of the talks.
"It's well documented that we attempted to sign him (Mido) in the window and that broke down on the stroke of midnight when the window shut," he told the Manchester Evening News.
"We've spent the time between January and the end of the season refocusing on everybody that we feel might benefit the club.
"Now we're waiting to see if there's investment into the club and what funds that might throw up.
"At that stage, it will make it slightly easier for me to know exactly what targets we can and can't go for in respect of how much we've got to play with."
