Juventus have reiterated that Manchester City have no chance of snapping up their Italy international goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon in next month's transfer window.
Mark Hughes is reported to be interested in landing Buffon in a big-money deal in January, but Juve's sporting director Alessio Secco has other ideas.
"I will repeat what (Giovanni) Cobolli Gigli and (Jean Claude) Blanc said over the last few days, our Gigi is not for sale," he told Tuttosport.
Meanwhile, another City target, Real Madrid shot-stopper Iker Casillas, insists he is happy in the Spanish capital.
When asked about the rumours suggesting he is set to move to Eastlands, Casillas told Real's official website: "I don't want to talk about it because I'm very happy in this team.
"I've been here (in the first team) for nine years and this is bigger than anything else. This is where I'm happy."
Casillas penned a contract earlier this year that ties him to Real for another nine years.
