A fuel leak on the plane caused the delay, and with the Blues not set to return until Friday lunchtime, Mancini's scheduled talk with the want-away forward may have to wait. After City's 1-1 draw with Juventus in the Europa League, Mancini declared that Tevez will play against Everton on Monday night. Tevez stunned the Blues with a written transfer request but Mancini has said he has been happy with the way Tevez has been training and has already pencilled him in for the important Premier League clash. ?Carlos will play,? said Mancini. ?He rested yesterday and will play. I don?t think there will be a problem with him. ?Everton is an important game and we need all of our players at 100 per cent.? ESPN caused a major stir by broadcasting pictures from Thursday night?s Europa League match against Juventus they said were of City chief executive Garry Cook meeting with his nemesis Kia Joorabchian, Tevez?s agent who has accused the City supremo of being the cause of the striker?s unhappiness. But the man who greeted Cook was actually Juve chairman Andrea Agnelli, who bears a passing resemblance to the player?s high-profile adviser. So there was no business being done off the pitch, even if the Blues did some on it, drawing courtesy of Jo?s late equaliser. City accomplished their mission on the pitch, securing top spot in the group. What do you think? Have your say.| Submit Comments| Comments (94)| Printable VersionAdd A CommentEnter your comments:Sending
