An unprecedented six Blues ? Joe Hart, Joleon Lescott, Gareth BarryAdam Johnson, James Milner and Shaun Wright-Phillips ? are in the squad and set to form the cornerstone of the Euro 2012 campaign ranks. Up to four could start against Bulgaria in the opening qualifier. Even in City?s Bell-Lee-Summerbee glory days there were never so many Blues picked simultaneously for their country. But Capello ? who needs a winning start  tonight and again in Berne against Switzerland on Tuesday to protect his £6m-a-year job following the disastrous World Cup ? is counting on players moulded into a team by fellow Italian Roberto Mancini at Eastlands. City legend Colin Bell spoke for all Blues fans when he told M.E.N. Sport: ?Never in a month of Sundays did I think we?d have so many players in one squad. ?It?s fantastic. In my time there was just one or two and we used to think that was great. The beauty from Capello?s point of view is that, if you can base your team around a club side, then there is a better blend. ?It can be difficult at first when players from different clubs meet up and at first they are total strangers. ?It is great that City players nowadays are such big news and the country is depending on them.?   Capello, who will ask Everton central  defender Phil Jagielka to start despite an ankle injury, is confident about the future with the City contingent at his disposal. He added: "We have to play without fear, I thought the players trained very well, with confidence, and I hope we can see the same during the game. ?Bulgaria will not be an easy game to play, they are really good technically, they defend with nine players and they play on the counter, really fast. Their quality is good but we have to win.? What do you think? Have your say.| Submit Comments| Comments (57)| Printable VersionAdd A CommentEnter your comments:Sending
