In all the build-up to the Ballon d’Or and world team of the year announcement last night Fifa fans were more excited than most.

Twitter was getting into a frenzy yesterday as the World Team of the Year is quickly made available on FIFA 15′s Ultimate Team mode as special blue cards, with each player picked getting their form and stats enhanced.
Those lucky enough to find them within a pack they buy within the game (using virtual currency or real money) gets a potent player to add to their team, or a tidy profit on their hands.
It looks as if plenty of people think the latter, as blue cards found in FIFA are already starting to pop up on eBay.
And that’s not the only deal going either.
As you can see there is some serious money involved, just to get your hands on the best 11 players in the world on a video game. But Ultimate Team is a competitive playing space, and the chance to get an upgraded Ronaldo, Messi or Robben in your team is something many are willing to pay for.
But not David Luiz – no one can quite work out how he made the team.
