In terms of depth, the squad Alex has got is just mind blowing. We were trying a few things in training before playing them on Wednesday night and we had to stop because he could have made six or seven changes, so we were only guessing.
I was at Middlesbrough when he made seven changes, bringing in the likes of Giggs, Scholes and Berbatov, and you just have to laugh. The strength of their squad is so good that he can do that regularly to keep them fresh.
You notice he doesn't rotate the back players too much - he never gave me and Gary Pallister a rest!
What United have now is this vast experience winning it. They are just used to handling the pressure. When the big games have come along in the last six weeks, the nitty gritty, they have produced.
