Wayne Rooney was excused from Manchester United training this morning to be with his pregnant wife Coleen.[LNB]The birth is nine days overdue and United confirmed that she had been taken to hospital ahead of the expected delivery of the couple's first child.[LNB]Rooney is likely to be excused from duty against CSKA Moscow at OldTrafford tomorrow, given Manchester United have a 100 per cent record from their opening three matches in Group B and require just one more win to qualify for the knockout phase.[LNB] Enlarge Who's the daddy: Wayne Rooney (right) collects the ball ahead of Keith Andrews during United's 2-0 win over Blackburn[LNB]Enlarge Mum to be: Pregnant Coleen out in Manchester last month[LNB] [LNB]He's Scot to start: Darren Fletcher (left) will play against CSKA Moscow after training alongside Michael Owen[LNB]United boss Sir Alex Ferguson said: 'It depends on the situation with his wife. She is pregnant and in hospital at the moment so we just have to wait on thatone.'[LNB]Rooney was not the only big name missing this morning, suggesting the Red Devils will be nowhere near full strength against the Russians.[LNB]United will definitely be without Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic, who missed Saturday's victory over Blackburn with ankle problems, while Ryan Giggs and Ji-sung Park have also been excluded.[LNB]Striker Dimitar Berbatov was also missing from training and is a doubt.[LNB]Park was able to train after a recent absence with fluid on his knee and may be in contentions to face Chelsea looming at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.[LNB]Darren Fletcher has recovered from a foot injury and is in line to start against CSKA.[LNB]Ferguson said: 'Darren was a substitute on Saturday and will play on Tuesday.[LNB]'Ithink most people recognise Fletcher as a big game player. We've beenaware of that for quite a while. Now there's an acceptance among mostpeople that he's a very important player for us.[LNB]'He has been missed in some key games recently so it will be good to have him back.'[LNB]As for the problems at centre half, Ferguson put faith in his stand-ins.[LNB] 'A lot has been made about Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic being out, butwhen you have the backup of Jonny Evans and Wes Brown, it can't bebad,' said the Scot.[LNB]'If you take Ferdinand and Vidic out then therearen't many partnerships in the Premier League better than Brown andEvans.'[LNB]Team (from): Van der Sar, Foster, Kuszczak, Rafael, O'Shea, Neville, DeLaet, Brown, Evans, Evra, Fabio, Nani, Valencia, Gibson, Scholes,Anderson, Fletcher, Carrick, Obertan, Rooney, Berbatov, Owen, Macheda.[LNB]  Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson calls for consistency as champions head for ChelseaFighting Beck: England star salutes Galaxy's first leg play-off comebackFoster's prospects hit by rumours of renewed United bid for Schalke's NeuerMANCHESTER UNITED FC
