Now he wants to help United on their way to even more glory after being successful with the club in his first season since joining from Arsenal in the summer, a club he never won a league title with in his eight years at the club.
But now he has a title winners Medal coming to him at the age of 29, he wants to add a Champion's League medal to that, plus the other domestic trophies.
He told MUTV: "I want to win it again. I want to win more stuff. I want to win the FA Cup, the Champions League and the Capital One Cup. I want to win it all."
