Van der sar To Get Ajax Testimonial
Dutch giants Ajax have announced plans to hold a testimonial for their former goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar. Van der sar spent eight years with Ajax from 1991 to 1999 before making a move to Juventus, he made 311 appearances for the Amsterdammers He then went to Fulham before moving to United where he eventually ended his career in a champions league final. Ajax confirmed on their website they will pay their own tribute to former Holland international Van der Sar with a testimonial on August 3 at the Amsterdam Arena involving former team-mates.
