Utd Loan Out Promising Keeper To Oldham
Young United keeper Ben Amos has been signed for Oldham Athletic for the rest of the season. Paul Dickov has signed the highly rated goalkeeper to provide competition for regular keeper Dean Brill and goes straight into the Latic’s squad for Saturday's home game against Swindon Town. Dickov said: "I'm absolutely delighted; Ben's a top young English keeper and I'd like to thank Sir Alex Ferguson and Eric Steele for helping it to happen. "Dean has done well for us but we feel that with Ben coming in gives us extra options."
