United goalkeeper Van der Sar ready to put pen to paper on 12-month deal
Veteran goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar looks set to sign a new one-year contractwith Manchester United. [LNB]The 39-year-old Dutchman has been in talks with manager Sir Alex Ferguson overhis future and now appears ready to commit to a 12-month extension.
