Bury will groundshare with Unibond Premier League side FC United of Manchester for another two seasons, it has been revealed. The League Two promotion hopefuls have shared Gigg Lane with the non-league outfit for the past four years and this latest extension is hoped to cover discussions between United and Manchester City Council regarding the creation of a ground of their own.A spokesman for the Red Rebels told the Bury Times: "FC have played home games at Gigg Lane for the last four successful seasons and while we would like to have somewhere closer to the city centre we are grateful to Bury FC for the use of the excellent facilities at Gigg Lane."The extension to the agreement with Bury will hopefully see the club through to the fulfilment of our plans."[LNB]
