Manchester United have been drawn against Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-finals. Bayern Munich will play the first leg at home in a tie that brings back memories of the 1999 tournament victory for the Reds. United scored two late goals to beat the Germans in that historic final at the Nou Camp and will be looking for a similar result this time around. If United make it through, they will face the winner of Lyon v Bordeaux in the semi-final. Bayern are top of the Bundesliga, leading Schalke by two points, and will be able to call on a number of star names for the clash with United. Franck Ribery, in-form Arjen Robben, Mark van Bommel, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Miroslav Klose are manager Louis van Gaal's big name players. Bayern beat Fiorentina in the last 16 on away goals after a 4-4 aggregate draw. United and Bayern have played seven times with the Reds winning once, drawing four times and losing twice.
