Transfer Rumours: Berbatov To Leave Manchester United

Dimitar Berbatov has slipped down the pecking order of Manchester United players recently, and has subsequently been linked to the Turkish team Galatasaray and France's Paris St. Germain but it looks increasingly like he will be seeing out the end of his contract before he goes anywhere.

The Mirror has reported saying that Berbatov, now 31 years old, wants to leave Old Trafford but is not willing to cut his weekly wages of £90,000. Manchester united have valued him at £6 million after they extended his contract by 12 months. This means he would cost around £15 million in wages and transfer fee to the club looking to bolster their attack.

This is means that if Berbatov wants to move away from Manchester United this summer he is going to find it very hard, especially as he is not willing to reduce his weekly wages.

At this present time it doesn't look like Berbatov is going anywhere until next summer, when he can leave as a free agent.
