Tottenham to make £20m move for former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan
Tottenham are preparing a £20million bid for Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan.[LNB]Spurs boss Harry Redknapp wants to boost his attacking options as the Londoners prepare for life in the Champions League - and he wants to make a move for the 31-year-old former Manchester United player.[LNB]Forlan has shown his qualities consistently in the Spanish league, and scored a late winner to break the resolve of Fulham in last month's Europa League final.[LNB] In demand: Forlan in action for Uruguay against Israel in their friendly clash last week[LNB]The Uruguayan's agent Daniel Bolotnicoff said: 'Forlan is a player who a lot of people are interested about in the European market.
