The Dutchman has one of the most impressive goals-to-game ratios in Europe.

The goalscoring began for van Nistelrooy back in 1998 with PSV.

He moved to Manchester United in 2001 and scored 38 Champions League goals for the club during that time.

He would then score a further 13 goals in four seasons with Real Madrid and is currently playing for ambitious Spanish side; Malaga.
