Today is the release date of the latest addition to the Football Manager, Football Manager 16, and to celebrated we are bringing you the top six Football manager wonderkids that you need to sign on your first save.
6 – Simone Scuffet
By far the best young goalkeeper on the game, Simone Scuffet plays for Udinese in the Serie A and is currently on loan at Como in Serie B. Scuffet’s current ability is already pretty good at the start of the game and can easily make it onto your bench, or even the starting line up if you are a lower team with decent money.
5 – Vaclav Cerny
Vaclav Cerny is a Czech winger who is on loan to Ajax’s second team from their first team. He can easily become one of the best players in the game but unfortunately his low current ability can make his potential unpredictable.
4 - Gabriel Barbosa
A footballer manager legend since FM14, Gabriel has been a must buy since he was 16. Now he’s 18 and although not much has changed for him since FM15 he can easily become a top quality striker. The Brazilian plays for Santos in his nations league has been tipped to be the next Neymar.
3 – Emanuel Mammana
If you start a save and are in need of a young centre back then look no further than Emanuel Mammana. The Argentinian from River Plate in all you need in an all-rounded central defender however it might be hard to get a work permit from him if you are managing a team in the UK.
2 - Breel Embolo
Breel Embolo has make a massive impression on Europe in the last couple of season and is the definition of a wonderkid. He is already a Swiss international and in the starting striker for FC Basel. He will be pricey but he will definitely be worth it as at just 18 years old he will grow to be one of the best min the world in his position.
1 – Thiago Maia
Thiago Maia is by far the best wonderkid that you need to sign in Football Manager 16. You can pick him up for as little as £4million because of his low wages and the midfield will quickly become your most influential player. His is Brazilian and plays for Santos so a work permit may be an issue but if you can buy him then you have to because he will be snapped up by one of Europe’s elite.
