[LNB]Charlie, ten, and Grace, six, were being driven to school bytheir mother Nadine when their Vauxhall Corsa collided with a FordFiesta. [LNB]It took firemen almost an hour to cut Mrs Ferguson free from the car. [LNB]The 30-year-old - ex-wife of the Manchester United boss's son Darren - suffered a shattered pelvis and broken leg. [LNB]Paramedics treated her at the scene and took her to hospital when her condition worsened. [LNB]Charlie was sitting in the front passenger seat and smashed hisforehead against the dashboard. It is believed he was not sitting on abooster seat. [LNB]His sister, sitting behind him, was also not thought to be on a booster seat and suffered cuts and bruises. [LNB]All three were said by doctors to be in a serious condition in hospital last night.
