Sir Alex Ferguson wants winter break but says TV bosses would not allow it

Sir Alex Ferguson has repeated his call for a winter break to be incorporated into the English season but fears it will never happen due to TV demands.[LNB]The Manchester United manager has been a strong advocate of a two-week halt to the domestic programme, which he feels should come immediately after the congested Christmas period.[LNB] Take a break: Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has repeated his call to introduce a winter break to the Premier League[LNB]And Ferguson finds few dissenting voices amongst his fellow professionals.
