Second chance for United fledglings

Teenage duo Federico Macheda and Danny Welbeck may start up front, although Michael Owen's experience could also be used as the holders try to defend their crown. Rafael Da Silva could be included at right-back to give veteran Gary Neville a rest after two games in four days, while Ben Foster is expected to replace Tomasz Kuszczak in goal.
