Rumour: Bruce To Bid For United Pair?
Speculation in the press today has it that Darron Gibson and Wes Brown are targets of Steve Bruce at Sunderland and offers for the duo will come in the summer. It could be that both players would be allowed to leave as Fergie sets about rebuilding his side and Steve Bruce hopes that his links with the club would give him an advantage when it comes to doing a deal. At the moment this is just paper talk of course, but Sunderland have had an offer for Jordan Henderson from Liverpool which would be able to fund a move for the United duo.
