Wayne Rooney has insisted Manchester United's players are not thinking too much about the possibility of an unprecedented Quintuple.[LNB] United have already won the Fifa Club World Cup and the Carling Cup this season, while they are in pole position to defend their Premier League title.[LNB]Sir Alex Ferguson's men have also made it through to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup, where they will face Everton on Sunday.[LNB]United have a chance to create history but Rooney is more concerned with just trying to do as well as possible in each competition.[LNB]He told ZOO magazine: "We always try and win every tournament we're in. This season's no different and, thankfully, we're still in all the competitions.[LNB]"We've tried not to pay too much attention to all the talk about the Quintuple. We see it in the papers and on TV, but we've just taken each game as it comes - and hope that'll be good enough to win something in the end."[LNB]ConfidentRooney is expecting a difficult end to the season but is confident United will be able to add to their trophy haul.[LNB]"We'll just go as far as we can. We're playing well and that's what we need to keep doing.[LNB]"We know it's going to be a tough run-in because we're in so many competitions but this is where the squad counts."[LNB]The striker believes United's squad is as strong as it has ever been since he arrived at Old Trafford from Everton in 2004.[LNB]"It certainly ranks up there with the best. We've got a fantastic squad, with players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Darren Fletcher and myself having pivotal roles and the more experienced players like Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes still doing their bit. [LNB]"We've got a lot of youngsters as well, so we're only going to get better, which is a nice feeling."[LNB]The full version of this interview is in ZOO magazine, out now. [LNB]
