Ron - I'm fully focused
Cristiano Ronaldo says he has practised penalties ahead of the UEFA Champions League final - and is fully focused on helping Manchester United win.
The Portuguese ace missed a spot-kick in the penalty shoot-out with Chelsea in last year's final but the Red Devils still went on to triumph.
Asked at a press conference if he had been practising penalties ahead of Wednesday's clash with Barcelona - live on Sky Sports 1 & Sky Sports HD1 at 7.45pm - he confirmed he had.
"A lot," he said.
When asked if the team had been practising as well, he replied: "Exactly."
Ronaldo added he is completely focused on helping the Red Devils become the first side to win back-to-back Champions Leagues.
"I am 100 per cent focused on the game, I know that people want to know something about me and him [Lionel Messi] but I'm very focused for the game.
"I will try to help my team 100 per cent and try to score a goal and win the game - that's it," he said, adding the venue for the final in Rome "is a great stadium".
He continued: "I feel very good to play here - I played a few times here and I think in my opinion I played well.
"I hope to play well tomorrow because the pitch, the stadium, supporters - it's amazing, I look forward to playing here tomorrow and to winning the game.
"I think its going to be special."
