It was largely a season to forget for Robin Van Persie last campaign, but all the luck that had been missing seems to have hit him at once.
While deep sea fishing with his family on holiday, RVP casually caught a shark on his line. An actual shark.
Sadly, as good as the fishing skills were, nobody told whoever was filming not to hold the camera in portrait…
It was difficult not to feel a bit sorry for the shark there, although it was eventually let go by the Dutchman.
If nothing else, at least Van Persie looks set for retirement…
