Rio's pain is back for Sir Alex as United lose duo for AC Milan return

Manchester United will be without Rio Ferdinand or Brazilian midfielder Anderson for their Champions League return against AC Milan in 12 days, after yesterday's bad injury news. [LNB]Sir Alex Ferguson told England manager Fabio Capello yesterday he had no problem with the national captain joining the squad for morale at Wednesday's friendly with Egypt at Wembley.[LNB] The 31-year-old's chronic back injury makes it pointless keeping him at Old Trafford - and raises questions over his future.
