Carlos Queiroz has warned Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo of the distractions he could face at Real Madrid. The Portugal international appears poised to sign for the Primera Division giants after United accepted an £80million bid for his services. Former Real head coach Queiroz, who had two spells as Red Devils manager Sir Alex Ferguson's No.2, recently backed Ronaldo over the move. However, Portugal manager Queiroz has also warned his compatriot of a potentially detrimental lifestyle in the Spanish capital. He said in The Sun: "I have my opinion about my wish regarding the career of Cristiano - and I think Manchester United was the right club for him. "It's something to do with the fashion, the television, a different game that is in place nowadays. "I must say that at Real Madrid, these things can happen very easily."
