Party boy: Cristiano Ronaldo steps out of the stretch Hummer at Madeo restaurant in Beverly Hills Cristiano Ronaldo has withdrawn from the Portugal squad to play Estonia due to a suspected hernia injury - but instead of returning home to recuperate the Manchester United winger was spotted in Los Angeles. The 24-year-old was pictured strutting his stuff in Beverly Hills when he was reportedly supposed to be on his home island of Madeira as medics decide what action to take over his suspected hernia problem. Ronaldo, who has been persistently linked with a big-money move to Real Madrid since Florentino Perez was elected the Spanish club's president, now faces a fight to be fit for the Red Devils' pre-season schedule which begins next month. Former Old Trafford assistant boss Carlos Queiroz's Portugal side will play the friendly fixture in Tallin without Ronaldo, who complained of pain in his lower abdomen before and after Saturday's victory over Albania. The United star, who arrived at Madeo restaurant in a flamboyant stretch Hummer, is expected to be heading to Miami on holiday next week, but was understood to be undergoing surgery first after he receives the results of medical tests. The Barclays Premier League champions are due to meet back after their summer break on July 6. Ronaldo was out for two months last summer after surgery on an ankle injury.
