Nicky Butt waiting for first management role

Former Manchester United midfielder Nicky Butt has his sights firmly set onfootball management - but is prepared to be patient in finding the right job.[LNB]Following a spell playing for Hong Kong outfit South China last season, Butt is spending time back with United while taking his coaching badges.[LNB]In the summer he was linked with the vacant manager's post at Oldham, but the 36-year-old - who enjoyed a successful 12-year career at Old Trafford after making his senior Red Devils debut in 1992 - is wary of rushing things.[LNB] Learning from the best: Butt is spending time at Carrington[LNB]  'I've started my badges now and am getting the hours in,' Butt toldwww.manutd.com.[LNB]'I'll get assessed in the next five or six months. I go to Carrington a lot and just watch, I don't really take any of the sessions.[LNB]'I know for a fact management is what I want to do. Whether I'll be good at it is another thing.
