Nemanja Vidic tells Manchester United to seal the title at Ewood Park

'Six points with two games left. Obviously, we have to focus on the next game against Blackburn already to win the title. We don't want to come to the last game and to be nervous. As well, to be captain of Manchester United is a big honour but, to lift the trophy, is even bigger.
