Michael Owen boost for Manchester United as striker closes in on Christmas comeback

Manchester United striker Michael Owen could be back in time for the festive fixtures. [LNB]Owen has returned to full training following a hamstring injury that has kept him out of action since October. [LNB]Manager Sir Alex Ferguson told MUTV: 'He is doing very well. He took part in the football side of it yesterday. [LNB] On the mend: Owen is making godd progress as he targets a return to action[LNB]'I would say he's two weeks away (from playing).
