Wayne Rooney reminded me of Michel Platini on Tuesday night he was that good. The way he sprayed balls across the pitch was sensational and he dictated the game brilliantly.[LNB]His intelligence to find space in front of the defence was helped by Javier Hernandez's excellent running and, more than anything, Rooney seemed to have a calmness about his play.
