The 27-year-old centre-back has been linked with a £25 million move away from the Premier League champions, and Barcelona are expected to table a bid in the next few days. With Cristiano Ronaldo set to complete an £80m move to Real Madrid this summer, the loss of the another influential player would have proved a real blow for manager Sir Alex Ferguson. Vidic's wife, Ana, reportedly wants to leave Manchester because of the weather. However, Vidic told the News of the World: "I am very happy here and next season we will start again. I have got no desire to go anywhere. "People forget that when you join a new league you don't just have to adjust to the country, you also have to adjust to the style of football. "I feel my game is well adjusted to England now and I want to play a part in a successful team next season. United can make it a record four titles in a row next year. "I've started to understand and love all the things you English love. Now I even love a bacon sandwich." Meanwhile, the News of the World also reports that United's hopes of signing Franck Ribery have taken another blow after Real told the Frenchman to wait one more year at Bayern Munich and then they will bring him to the Bernabeu. Ferguson sees Ribery as the ideal replacement for Ronaldo, but it appears Real is the midfielder's prefered destination and even Zinedine Zidane - a former Madrid player who is still involved with the club - has told him that a switch to Spain is his best option.
