Manchester United's Federico Macheda misses fish and chips more than anything!

Federico Macheda can't wait to get back to Manchester United - because he's missing English fish and chips.[LNB]The 19-year-old striker is on loan at Sampdoria until the end of the season, but is confident he can return to United stronger and hungrier than before.[LNB]Macheda said: 'I'm looking forward very much to getting back to Manchester United but not the English weather.[LNB]'You can get fish and chips there though and I like them. I've had a few injuries but I think things are getting better now.'[LNB]Macheda, who converted a penalty in Italy Under 21s' 1-0 win over England in Empoli on Tuesday, has yet to score in two starts and four substitute appearances for Sampdoria in Serie A, but he did find the back of the net in a Coppa Italia win over Udinese last month.[LNB]The striker has not spoken to United boss Sir Alex Ferguson for three weeks, but believes he still has a future at the club.[LNB]Macheda said: 'I think Sir Alex islooking out for me. I spoke to him three weeks ago on the phone and Ispoke to him before I came here.[LNB]'Hesaid: 'If there's anything you need, just call me.' Because he's stillmy coach. I still feel like I'm in his long-term plans, of course. Myambition is to be part of Manchester United because that's where I wantto go.[LNB] The Italian Job: Macheda playing for Sampdoria against AC Milan last month[LNB]'I've been at Sampdoria for a month now and I'm really happy.
