Manchester United's Carlos Tevez 'more likely to leave than stay' at Old Trafford

Growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of first team starts he has been handed this season, as well as United's relaxed approach to making his loan deal a permanent one, the striker has said he would like a move to Spain. [LNB]Insistent he needs regular football in order to be consistent, he told The Sun: "It's true I've spent a lot of time on the bench and I'd like to play more. But every time I'm given a chance I do all I can to do well and take full advantage. If this doesn't happen I believe this will be my last year,"[LNB]Tevez's latest disappointment for United came in their Champions league clash against Arsenal this week when, following his impressive performance, he was replaced by Dimitar Berbatov in the 66th minute. [LNB]Mystified by the decision, Tevez chose not to hide his feelings and was seen walking towards the touchline shaking his head in disbelief. [LNB]His exit prompted the Old Trafford crowd to give him a standing ovation and support him with chants of "Fergie sign him up". [LNB]Cristiano Ronaldo, meanwhile, has said he is convinced his team mate will stay with the club. [LNB]"Manchester United have to keep their best players and Carlos is one of the best," he said. "I can understand his frustration and you have to respect his decisions, but I still believe he's going to stay here in Manchester." [LNB]
