The 20-year-old could go straight into manager Nigel Pearson's squad for Saturday's home clash with Barnsley.
Evans will link up with a familiar face at the KC Stadium in fellow Old Trafford starlet Cameron Stewart, who is currently on loan at Hull, while the Tigers also signed James Chester on a permanent basis from United recently.
