Darren Fletcher believes the Theatre of Dreams can stage a Manchester United comeback as they bid to reach the Champions League semi-finals for the fourth successive season.[LNB]The Red Devils took an early lead but shipped two late goals in their clash with Bayern Munich in Germany on Tuesday and return to Old Trafford with their morale, and main striker, damaged.[LNB]Scot Fletcher, who was once again one of United's best performers on the night, is not underestimating the size of the task facing his side but knows home comforts can be key in turning a 2-1 reverse around.[LNB] Race to the line: Darren Fletcher was United's standout performer once again[LNB]'We're confident against anyone at Old Trafford,' he said. 'We know what to expect from Bayern Munich and we'll be ready for their challenge.[LNB]'It's not insurmountable. Although we're disappointed to have lost two late goals, 2-1 isn't the worst result in the world. We now know what we have to do at home.'[LNB]Sir Alex Ferguson conceded United had been below par at the Allianz Arena. Fletcher, though, preferred to point to the performance of the hosts as reason for the defeat.[LNB]''We've learned a lot about Bayern and about ourselves tonight,' the midfielder added. 'They're a very good side. You don't play any bad sides in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. [LNB]'We certainly respected Bayern before this match and we've still got great respect for them.[LNB]'The Bayern midfielders pressed the ball quite quickly and got numbers behind the ball. It was difficult in there but you expect that when you go away from home in Europe.[LNB]'We knew Bayern would have a lot of possession and we'll be looking to do the same next week.
