Liverpool's beachball defeat has not lost its bounce

Hours after Sunderland striker Darren Bent's shot ricocheted past Pepe Reina off an inflatable ball thrown on to the pitch by a Liverpool fan, the club's online store had sold out of beach kits. [LNB]The suspicion is that the £10 kits including towel and ball had been bought by Manchester United fans for their visit to Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday.
