The Manchester derby is deadlocked at 3-3 as millions of football fans around the globe watch United take on City at Old Trafford in the Carling Cup semi final.

United went 2-0 up with second half goals by Paul Scholes and Michael Carrick, but Carlos Tevez has pulled one back for City to level the tie.

Police made eleven arrests as crowds gathered before the match but there have been no reports of serious disorder.

A coach carrying City fans was pelted with missiles outside the ground. We have reporters outside Old Trafford and also following the police operation.
