Johnson Tries Mind Games
Adam Johnson thinks he is Fergie and has started to have a go at this mind games thing, he has said that he believes that United will slip up somewhere along the way, leaving City to step in and take the title. It will be the first thing they have won in 35 years if it does happen, although City are doing pretty well this season with hardly spending a penny. But United haven’t lost a game in the league all season and they do have games in hand against the hopefuls. Johnson told the Daily Mail: ‘Every game we win it’s a step closer. ‘Excitement is building and all the lads can feel it. We just want games to keep coming. Hopefully it will lead to us winning one of the cups or the league. ‘I’m sure teams are going to slip up. We’ve still got to go to Old Trafford and United still have some tough games as well. ‘Some of our football is a different class and it all seems to be clicking for us.
