Is Moyes still the right man for Manchester United?

10 December 2013 10:32

David Moyes has not showed any positive signs at Manchester United since succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson in May 2013.

Red Devils’ boss has potential to do something good and to be a successful manager at Old Trafford and for this he needs time. Replacing a legend is always difficult especially like Sir Alex Ferguson who has given almost everything to United.

United is currently sitting at 9th place with 22 points, 13 points behind the league leaders Arsenal.

Manchester United fans need to calm down a little bit and should have some patience. Moyes can do big at United, few results or a year cannot decide anyone’s performance.

Liverpool have not played Champions League football since 2010 and now after three years they are stable and displaying decent football. Similar for Manchester United, with a new manager it will take time to settle may be two to three years to get back in the title challenge.

Another thing is that not sure what United’s owners are thinking right now regarding Moyes’ future, they may sack him but who will replace him? Sir Alex? Or he may be given more time to prove his position.

What do you think? What is better for United?
