Is Adel Taraabt the missing link for Manchester United?

Manchester United overcame a struggling QPR side on the weekend but it was Adel Taraabt who shone in front of Sir Alex Ferguson.

It is rumoured that Fergie is looking to offload the Portuguese winger Nani and is becoming more frustrated with ex-Villa man Ashley Young.

It is also common knowledge that Harry Redknapp struggled to get on with Taraabt in his time at Tottenham and if he could get a decent sum for the inconsistent Moroccan he may be keen on letting him leave the club.

Taraabt has only scored four Premier league goals in 35 appearances for QPR and would be a huge gamble if they decided to sign the youngster. However, on his day he can change the game and alongside Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney he could prove pivotal for United’s title charge.

Nani and Young have both been uninspiring this season and it is clear that Sir Alex will be looking to bring in one or two new faces in January to try and clinch the title from Manchester City and Chelsea.
